From TMbot

The Customer Center is our utility to allow users to transfer their licenses themselves. They need to login with a TMbot account which is associated with the license which you want to transfer. You can transfer a license whenever you want with a certain security delay. In the Customer Center, you can see all your licenses, as well as the current account which the license is associated with.

My license is missing?

If you can not find your license in the customer center, and you have not gotten an order mail, there are some things to think about:

• International purchases through IBAN/Swift-BIC usually takes around 3-5 days, but can take more than a week. Contact your bank and ask if we have gotten the payment before writing to us
• Check your credit card purchases to see if the payment actually went through. Observe that it can take a while for payments to show up - wait for at least 24h before trying again.
• Mail services can be slow sometimes, please be patient, it can take up to 24h before you get your mail
• If you still have not gotten your license, contact us through the HelpDesk

Transfer

It is not possible to transfer a license to an other TMbot account, but you may use it for another account whenever you want by logging in to the customer center with your TMbot Account, choose the license you want to transfer, and enter the new details.
