We often receive many questions regarding the same issue, which is why we have chosen to create a FAQ with an collection of different questions. If you feel as if something should be added, please add a new section in the talk page.

Q: How do I download TMbot?
A: We always offer the latest version here
Q: How do I update TMbot?
A: The bot has an automatic update system, which runs when you start TMbot(.exe/.sh)
Q: Why does TMbot say "No Connection to server?
A: TMbot can not connect to TMbot.net - see No Connection to Server for troubleshooting
Q: Can you start the bot using custom parameters?
A: Yes, you enter TM.exe/sh "AccountName" World autostart, for example: TM.exe "TheJuice" speed.travian.moo autostart (The auto start parameter starts the specified account too, not just log in.

Q: What should I do if I find a bug?
A: First of all, make sure you have configured it correctly. If so, try reinstalling. If that did not solve the issue, post a thread in the forum under the right category
License
Q: Why does TMbot say that no valid registration has been found?
A: After the free trial period, you need to buy a License. If you have already done so, please visit this page for troubleshooting.
Q: How do I transfer my license?
A: You need to login to the customer center, more information can be found on the Customer Center page
