TMbot Account

The TMbot Account is the account which is used to access the Forum, and the Customer Center to manage a users licenses. A user may register for a TMbot account here, and then log in to the Customer Center or the Forum

The TMbot account is tied to your email address, and if you lose the credentials for it, as well as access to the email used for registration, you will have to register a new one. If you had any licenses attached to the email address, you will have to contact Support through the HelpDesk with the payment of proof, account details, License ID, and so on.
