No Connection to Server
From TMbot
If you get the message "No connection to Server" when you try to use TM, then TM is unable to contact the TMbot.net server.
Troubleshooting
- First of all, verify that you are able to connect to the internet.
- Check if you have the latest version (the current version number can always be seen at our download page
- Read our Twitter page - as quickly as we notice that a service is down, we post it there. (Since it is independent from the site, it is not affected by crashes.
- See if you yourself can connect to TMbot through your browser
- If you are using a security/antivirus/firewall software on your computer, for example ZoneAlarm, Norton, NOD32, then it might be preventing TM from connecting to the internet, try disabling them and retest
- If you are using a proxy, you may have to enter the details in the Proxy settings in TMbot
